Rod Spollon FARLA - Managing Director - Rod's family founded Greyfort Properties in 1945 and have been involved with property since the 19th century as architects, estate agents and property managers. Rod is dedicated to running an ethical business which is investment focused to ensure the provision of high quality housing to tenants and the long-term preservation of landlords' assets.
Sam Coleman MRICS MARLA – Property Director - Sam has some 15 years of experience in property lettings and management, having always worked for family-run independent firms. His dedication to customer service and wealth of experience makes him an able and valued member of the Greyfort management team.
Corrina Watson – FCCA CTA – Finance Director – Corrina moved to Greyfort in 2016 having spent some 15 years in practice as an accountant and tax advisor providing advice to private clients and SMEs. Her analytical and strategic approach to her work makes her a valuable member to the Greyfort team.
