Rod Spollon MARLA - Managing Director - Rod's family founded Greyfort Properties in 1945 and have been involved with property since the 19th century as architects, estate agents and property managers. Rod is dedicated to running an ethical business which is investment focused to ensure the provision of high quality housing to tenants and the long-term preservation of landlords' assets.
Sam Coleman AssocRICS MARLA – Property Director - Sam has some 15 years of experience in property lettings and management, having always worked for family-run independent firms. His dedication to customer service and wealth of experience makes him an able and valued member of the Greyfort management team. Sam is currently working towards his MRICS qualification.
Corrina Watson – FCCA CTA - Finance Director – Corrina moved to Greyfort in 2016 having spent some 15 years in practice as an accountant and tax advisor providing advice to private clients and SMEs. Her analytical and strategic approach to her work makes her a valuable member to the Greyfort team.
Millie Watling – Financial Controller – Millie is a diligent, technical and hard-working individual. These attributes have seen her career accelerate to the position of Financial Controller at Greyfort. She maintains a grasp of the detail and promptly responds to any financial enquiries. She is currently working towards her ACCA qualification.
Emma Hodgson MARLA – Property Manager - Emma is a very approachable and knowledgeable member of the Greyfort team. She has considerable experience of property management and her attention to detail ensures that she delivers an exceptional and timely service to landlords and tenants alike.
Peter Rosser – Estate Manager – Peter is a personable and professional individual who prides himself on delivering on customers’ expectations, having worked for decades within customer service industries. He is an adaptable and reliable member of the Greyfort team who is currently working towards his MARLA qualification.
Saulius Jusevicius – Deputy Estate Manager – Saulius has worked in facilities management for many years and brings the benefits of that experience to the team. He is a real team player who always strives to deliver results. He is currently working towards his NEBOSH qualification.
