HOLDING DEPOSIT
One week’s rent (per tenancy).
SECURITY DEPOSIT
Five weeks’ rent
VARIATION OF CONTRACT
£50 (inc. VAT) per agreed variation
CHANGE OF SHARER
£50 (inc. VAT) per replacement tenant or any reasonable costs incurred if higher.
Replacement keys – £20 (inc. VAT)
EARLY TERMINATION
Should the tenant wish to leave their contract early, they shall be liable to the landlord’s costs in re-letting the property as well as all rent due under the tenancy until the start date of the replacement tenancy. These costs will be no more than the maximum amount of rent outstanding on the tenancy.

CLIENT MONEY PROTECTION
Tenant monies are protected through our membership of the Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA)
TENANTS DEPOSITS
Tenants deposits are held under the terms of the Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS)
REDRESS SCHEME
Greyfort Properties Limited has a formal complaints procedure and belongs to the Property Ombudsman Scheme for Lettings
